Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged Items
